Iasi Open: Bogdan moves into last four
Ana Bogdan won against Simona Waltert 6-0, 6-4 on Friday and will play Cypriot Raluka Serban in the next round

Romanian Ana Bogdan, the second seed, beat Swiss Simona Waltert, the No 5 seed, 6-0, 6-4 to move into the last four of the Iasi Open at Baza Sportivă Ciric on Friday.
Bogdan, ranked No 49, will face Cypriot Raluka Serban next.
The Romanian won against Barbora Palicova (2-6, 7-5, 6-1) and Swiss lucky loser Conny Perrin (6-4, 3-6, 6-1) earlier in the tournament.
In the previous rounds, Waltert, ranked No 131, defeated Canadian Carol Zhao (6-4, 6-2) and Croat Petra Marcinko (7-6 (2), 6-3).
