Hungarian Open: Qualifier Monnet beats Toth to move into second round
The Frenchwoman will play Dutchwoman Suzan Lamens in the next round

French qualifier Carole Monnet advanced to the second round of the Hungarian Open by defeating Hungarian qualifier Amarissa Toth 6-1, 6-1 at Római Tennis Academy in Budapest on Monday.
Monnet, ranked No 221, will play Dutchwoman Suzan Lamens next.
