Hong Kong Open: Pera books spot in second round
Bernarda Pera won against Sara Saito on Monday and will face the winner of the match between Margarita Gasparyan and Han Shi next

American Bernarda Pera, the No 9 seed, defeated Japanese Sara Saito 6-4, 6-4 to advance to the second round of the Hong Kong Open at Victoria Park, Causeway Bay on Monday.
Pera, ranked No 81, will face the winner of the match between Russian Margarita Gasparyan and Chinese qualifier Han Shi next.
