Australian Priscilla Hon beat wildcard Eudice Wong Chong 7-5, 7-5 to reach the second round of the Hong Kong Open at Olympic Park Tennis Center on Tuesday night.
Hon, ranked No 183, will face the winner of the match between Kazakh Yulia Putintseva and Russian Anna Blinkova, the No 5 seed, next.
