Hamburg Open: Sasnovich into second round

Belarusian Aliaksandra Sasnovich, the No 4 seed, beat German wildcard Nastasja Schunk 6-1, 6-4 to move into the second round of the Hamburg Open at Am Rothenbaum in Hambourg on Monday evening.
Sasnovich, ranked No 35, will face the winner of the match between Serb Aleksandra Krunic and German qualifier Sabine Lisicki next.
