Croat Jana Fett, the No 8 seed, advanced to the last 16 of the Hamburg European Open by winning against Slovenian Dalila Jakupovic 6-4, 6-1 on Sunday.
Fett, ranked No 113, will play the winner of the match between Russian Polina Kudermetova and German wildcard Johanna Silva next.
