Guadalajara Open: Krueger reaches second round
Ashlyn Krueger defeated Tatjana Maria 7-5, 6-2 on Tuesday evening and will face the winner of the match between American Emina Bektas and Pole Magdalena Frech, the No 5 seed, in the next round

American Ashlyn Krueger advanced to the second round of the Guadalajara Open by winning against German Tatjana Maria 7-5, 6-2 at the Panamerican Tennis Center on Tuesday evening.
Krueger, ranked No 51, will play the winner of the match between American Emina Bektas and Pole Magdalena Frech, the No 5 seed, next.
