Canadian qualifier Carol Zhao moved into the last 16 of the Dutch Open by winning against Belgian Ysaline Bonaventure 7-6 (3), 7-6 (4) at the Autotron Rosmalen in’s-Hertogenbosch on Monday afternoon.
Zhao, ranked No 163, will face Russian Veronika Kudermetova, the top seed, next.
