Dubai Duty Free Championships: Bogdan advances to second round
Ana Bogdan won against Laura Siegemund 7-5, 6-3 on Monday night and will play the winner of the match between lucky loser Claire Liu and Shelby Rogers in the next round

Romanian qualifier Ana Bogdan won against German qualifier Laura Siegemund 7-5, 6-3 to reach the second round of the Dubai Duty Free Championships at The Aviation Club Tennis Centre on Monday.
Bogdan, ranked No 75, will face the winner of the match between lucky loser Claire Liu and Shelby Rogers next.
