Dow Tennis Classic: Tsurenko recovers to beat Miller and reach last four

Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko, the No 8 seed, won against American wildcard Karina Miller 3-6, 6-2, 6-2 to move into the last four of the Dow Tennis Classic.
Tsurenko, ranked No 122, will play Canadian Rebecca Marino, the No 6 seed, next.
The 35-year-old Ukrainian defeated Slovenian Tamara Zidansek (6-2, 6-2) and Swiss Jil Teichmann (7-5, 7-5) in the previous rounds.
Earlier in the tournament, Karina Miller beat lucky loser Jamie Loeb (4-6, 7-6 (4), 6-1) and edged out Russian Polina Kudermetova, the No 9 seed (6-3, 2-6, 7-6 (8)).
