Frenchwoman Leolia Jeanjean, the No 8 seed, beat Russian qualifier Amina Anshba 6-3, 6-1 to move into the second round of the Colina Open at the Club Deportivo Universidad Catolica on Monday evening.
Jeanjean, ranked No 131, will face Greek Despina Papamichail next.
