Viktoriya Tomova won against Olga Danilovic on Wednesday and will face the winner of the match Katerina Siniakova and Caroline Dolehide next
Bulgarian Viktoriya Tomova moved into the quarter-finals of the Cluj-Napoca Open by beating Serb Olga Danilovic, the second seed, 7-5, 7-5 at the BT Arena on Wednesday.
Tomova, ranked No 63, will face the winner of the match between No 5 seed Katerina Siniakova and American Caroline Dolehide next.
Ahead of her victory, the Bulgarian won against Egyptian Mayar Sherif (3-6, 6-4, 6-1).
Danilovic, ranked No 41, won against American Alycia Parks (6-3, 6-3) in the previous round of the Cluj-Napoca tournament.
