Citi Open: Top seed Pegula upset by Saville
Daria Saville defeated Jessica Pegula 7-5, 6-4 on Wednesday and will play Canadian qualifier Rebecca Marino in the next round

Australian Daria Saville beat the No 1 seed Jessica Pegula, of the United States, in straight sets to move into the quarter-finals of the Citi Open on Wednesday.
Saville won 7-5, 6-4 to upset Pegula, who was also the defending champion in the tournament.
The Australian, ranked No 88, will face Canadian qualifier Rebecca Marino next.
Saville had defeated edged out Swede qualifier Mirjam Bjorklund (3-6, 7-5, 7-6 (4)) ahead of her victory against the top seed.
In the previous round, Pegula, ranked No 7 in the world and the highest-ranked American on the WTA rankings list, won against wildcard Hailey Baptiste (6-2, 6-2).
