2019 champion Pegula into last 16 at Citi Open

Jessica Pegula reached the last 16 of the Citi Open by winning against wildcard Hailey Baptiste 6-2, 6-2 on Monday evening.
Pegula, ranked No 7, will play Australian Daria Saville next.
The American, who won the title in D.C. the last time the event was played, won 18 of 23 first-serve points against Baptiste and never faced a break point.
Pegula, a quarter-finalist at the Australian Open and Roland-GTarros, is 26-13 on the season.
