Kazakh qualifier Yulia Putintseva won against Marie Bouzkova 6-2, 7-6 (5) to advance to the 32 of the China Open.
Putintseva, ranked No 73, will play the winner of the match between Ukrainian qualifier Kateryna Baindl and Frenchwoman Caroline Garcia, the No 9 seed, next.
