China Open: Cristian books spot in second round against Krejcikova
The Romanian beat Anna Bondar 6-1, 7-6 (5) in the first round on Thursday
Romanian Jaqueline Cristian reached the second round of the China Open by beating Hungarian Anna Bondar 6-1, 7-6 (5) at the National Tennis Center in Beijing on Thursday.
Cristian, ranked No 80, will play No 7 seed Barbora Krejcikova next.
