China Open: Avanesyan advances to third round
The Armenian won against Caroline Dolehide on Friday and will play Ukrainian qualifier Yuliia Starodubtseva next

Armenian Elina Avanesyan won against American Caroline Dolehide, the No 33 seed, 6-3, 5-7, 6-2 to move into the third round of the China Open at the National Tennis Center in Beijing on Friday.
Avanesyan, ranked No 47, will play Ukrainian qualifier Yuliia Starodubtseva next.
Ahead of her victory, the 22-year-old Armenian beat American lucky loser Emina Bektas (6-2, 7-5).
