Qualifier Mirra Andreeva moved into the last 16 of the China Open by beating Anastasia Pavlyuchenkova 6-2, 6-1 on Tuesday.
Andreeva, ranked No 60, will play Kazakh Elena Rybakina, the No 5 seed, next.
Mirra Andreeva won against No 10 seed Barbora Krejcikova (6-2, 6-2) ahead of her victory.
