Czech Linda Fruhvirtova moved into the last 16 of the Chennai Open by winning against qualifier En-Shuo Liang 4-6, 6-1, 6-3 on Monday afternoon.
Fruhvirtova, ranked No 130, will face the winner of the match between Swede Rebecca Peterson, the No 5 seed, and Andorran Victoria Jimenez Kasintseva next.
