Charleston Open 125: Masarova makes quarter-finals
Rebeka Masarova beat Emina Bektas 6-3, 6-3 on Wednesday afternoon and will play Belgian Greet Minnen in the next round

Spaniard Rebeka Masarova won against American Emina Bektas 6-3, 6-3 to move into the last eight of the Charleston Open 125 at the Family Circle Tennis Center on Wednesday.
Masarova, ranked No 96, will face Belgian Greet Minnen next.
The Spaniard edged out Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus, the second seed (6-3, 4-6, 7-5) ahead of her victory.
In the previous round of the Charleston 125 tournament, Bektas, ranked No 92, beat wildcard Maria Mateas (6-1, 4-6, 6-1).
