Cali Open: Udvardy races past top seed Osorio to reach semi-finals
Panna Udvardy beat Camila Osorio 6-4, 6-2 on Thursday and will play Slovak Veronika Erjavec in the next round

Hungarian Panna Udvardy won against Colombian Camila Osorio, the top seed, 6-4, 6-2 to move into the semi-finals of the Cali Open on Thursday.
Udvardy, ranked No 146, will face Slovak Veronika Erjavec next.
The Hungarian beat Ukrainian Katarina Zavatska (6-2, 6-0) and Latvian Darja Semenistaja, the No 7 seed (4-6, 6-4, 6-2) ahead of her victory.
In the previous rounds, Osorio, ranked No 64, won against Argentinian Martina Capurro Taborda (6-2, 7-5) and Italian Nuria Brancaccio (7-6 (6), 4-6, 6-2).
