Wildcard Harriet Dart edged out wildcard Jodie Burrage 4-6, 6-2, 7-5 to reach the last 16 of the Birmingham Classic at Edgbaston Priory Club on Tuesday evening.
Dart, ranked No 134, will play Ukrainian Anhelina Kalinina, the No 5 seed, next.
