Bad Homburg Open: Siniakova will face Bronzetti for title

Katerina Siniakova moved into the final of the Bad Homburg Open by defeating American Emma Navarro 6-2, 6-2 on Friday evening.
Siniakova, ranked No 52, will play Italian Lucia Bronzetti next.
The 52nd-ranked Czech saved the only break point she faced and converted four of seven break opportunities to advance to the final for the second time in three seasons at Bad Homburg.

Ahead of her victory, Katerina Siniakova won against Italian Elisabetta Cocciaretto, the No 7 seed (6-3, 6-4), Russian Evgeniya Rodina (6-2, 6-4) and Russian Liudmila Samsonova, the second seed (7-5, 4-6, 6-2).
Navarro, ranked No 60, beat Argentinian lucky loser Nadia Podoroska (6-2, 6-0), Frenchwoman Alize Cornet (7-5, 7-6 (6)) and Spaniard Rebeka Masarova (6-7 (2), 1-1 ret.) in the previous rounds of the Bad Hombourg tournament.
