Bulgarian qualifier Viktoriya Tomova reached the last 16 of the Bad Homburg Open by beating German wildcard Tatjana Maria 6-1, 6-3.
Tomova, ranked No 63, will face the winner of the match between Russian Anna Kalinskaya and Linda Noskova next.
