Bad Homburg Open: Shnaider into last eight

Russian Diana Shnaider moved into the last eight of the Bad Homburg Open by winning against Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska 6-2, 6-2 at the Bod Homburg vor der Höhe on Wednesday.
Shnaider, ranked No 47, will play Spanish wildcard Paula Badosa next.
Ahead of her victory, the 20-year-old Russian beat German Angelique Kerber (7-5, 6-3).
Yastremska, ranked No 28, won against Russian Mirra Andreeva, the No 8 seed (4-6, 6-4, 6-3) in the previous round of the Bad Homburg tournament.
