Austin Open: Volynets books spot in second round
Katie Volynets won against Alison Riske-Amritraj 6-3, 3-6, 6-0 on Monday. She’ll face the winner of the match between Russian Anastasia Potapova, the No 3 seed, and American wildcard Elizabeth Mandlik in the next round
Katie Volynets defeated Alison Riske-Amritraj 6-3, 3-6, 6-0 to move into the second round of the Austin Open at the Westwood Country Club on Monday.
Volynets, ranked No 92, will play the winner of the match between Russian Anastasia Potapova, the No 3 seed, and American wildcard Elizabeth Mandlik next.
