Auckland Open: Grabher books spot in second round
Julia Grabher edged out Leyre Romero Gormaz 2-6, 6-3, 7-6 (7) on Monday and will face Japanese Naomi Osaka next

Austrian Julia Grabher reached the second round of the Auckland Open by edging out Spanish qualifier Leyre Romero Gormaz 2-6, 6-3, 7-6 (7) at the ASB Tennis Arena on Monday.
Grabher, ranked No 470, will face Japanese Naomi Osaka, the No 7 seed, next.
