Argentina Open: Perrin books spot in second round
Conny Perrin defeated Carolina M. Alves 6-2, 6-1 on Monday evening and will play the winner of the match between Brazilian Laura Pigossi, the No 5 seed, and Spaniard Leyre Romero Gormaz in the next round

Swiss Conny Perrin reached the second round of the Argentina Open by winning against Brazilian Carolina M. Alves 6-2, 6-1 at the Buenos Aires Lawn Tennis Club on Monday evening.
Perrin, ranked No 364, will play the winner of the match between Brazilian Laura Pigossi, the No 5 seed, and Spaniard Leyre Romero Gormaz next.
