Andorrà Open: Erika Andreeva books spot in semi-finals

Russian Erika Andreeva moved into the semi-finals of the Andorrà Open by defeating German wildcard Ella Seidel 6-4, 7-5 at Polideportivo de Andorra in Andorre on Friday.
Andreeva, ranked No 140, will play Heather Watson next.
Earlier in the tournament, the 19-year-old Russian won against Swiss Susan Bandecchi (6-3, 6-4) and edged out Swiss Celine Naef (2-6, 6-4, 6-4).
Seidel, ranked No 194, beat Zeynep Sonmez (6-1, 6-0) and No 7 seed Anna-Lena Friedsam (6-4, 6-4) in the previous rounds of the Andorrà tournament.
