Daria Kasatkina beat Olivia Gadecki 6-2, 6-3 on Monday and will play Australian wildcard Emerson Jones in the next round

Russian Daria Kasatkina, the No 3 seed, advanced to the second round of the Adelaide Open by defeating Australian wildcard Olivia Gadecki 6-2, 6-3 at the Memorial Drive Tennis Park on Monday.
Kasatkina, ranked No 9, will face Australian wildcard Emerson Jones next.
