Both WTA semi-finals in Adelaide were not played due to withdrawals
Eighth seed Belinda Bencic, of Switzerland, advanced to the final of the WTA Adelaide International after Russian Veronika Kudermetova, the No 6 seed, withdrew before the match at the Memorial Drive Tennis Park on Friday night.
