Wimbledon: Yastremska edges past Gracheva to reach third round
Dayana Yastremska edged out Varvara Gracheva 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (5) on Wednesday evening. She’ll play Croat Donna Vekic in the next round

Ukrainian Dayana Yastremska, the No 28 seed, moved into the third round of Wimbledon by edging out Frenchwoman Varvara Gracheva 3-6, 6-4, 7-6 (5) at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club.
Yastremska, ranked No 27, will face Croat Donna Vekic next.
The Ukrainian beat Argentinian Nadia Podoroska (6-1, 7-6 (1)) in the previous round of The Championships.
During the first round of The Championships, Gracheva, ranked No 70, won against Ukrainian Lesia Tsurenko (6-3, 6-1).
