Wimbledon: Musetti books spot in last 16 against Mpetshi Perricard

Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 25 seed, reached the last 16 of Wimbledon by winning against Argentinian Francisco Comesana 6-2, 6-7 (4), 7-6 (3), 6-3 at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on Saturday afternoon.
Musetti, ranked No 25, will play French lucky loser Giovanni Mpetshi Perricard next. This is the first time that the Italian is through to the fourth round at Wimbledon. Previously, he has been as far as the fourth round at the French Open twice but is still chasing his first Grand Slam quarter-final.
In the previous rounds of The Championships, the 22-year-old Italian defeated Frenchman Constant Lestienne (4-6, 7-6 (4), 6-2, 6-2) and Luciano Darderi (6-4, 4-6, 6-7 (5), 6-4, 6-4).
Comesana, ranked No 122, edged out Russian Andrey Rublev, the No 6 seed (6-4, 5-7, 6-2, 7-6 (5)) and won against Australian Adam Walton (7-5, 1-6, 6-7 (12), 6-1, 7-6 (8)) earlier in the tournament.
