Wimbledon: Gauff drops three games to reach third round
The world No 2 will face the winner of the match between qualifier Sonay Kartal and Frenchwoman Clara Burel in the next round

American Coco Gauff, the second seed, advanced to the third round of Wimbledon by beating Romanian qualifier Anca Todoni 6-2, 6-1 at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club on Wednesday.
Gauff, ranked No 2 in the world, will play the winner of the match between qualifier Sonay Kartal and Frenchwoman Clara Burel next.
The 20-year-old American won against Caroline Dolehide (6-1, 6-2) in her first round match.
In the previous round of the event, Todoni, ranked No 142, defeated Serb lucky loser Olga Danilovic (7-5, 6-1).
