Tomljanovic upsets 18th seed Teichmann at Wimbledon
Tomljanovic reached her first Grand Slam quarter-final at Wimbledon in 2021 and is off to a great start this year as well

Australian Ajla Tomljanovic reached the second round of Wimbledon with an upset win over 18th seed Jil Teichmann of Switzerland at the All England Lawn Tennis and Croquet Club in London on Tuesday afternoon.
Ajla Tomljanovic, ranked No 44 in the world, won 6-2, 6-3 to set up a second round showdown with American qualifier Catherine Harrison.
Harrison defeated Dutchwoman Arantxa Rus 6-1, 6-4 in another first round encounter.
