Australia’s Thanasi ‘Kokki’ Kokkinakis will return to the UTS Tour for the Guadalajara, Mexico event in February.
Kokkinakis, ranked No 77 in the world, reached the semi-finals at UTS Frankfurt this year and was eliminated in the round-robin sage at the UTS Grand Final London.
The UTS Guadalajara event will be held February 14th. – 16th as a part of the 2025 UTS Tour and will be the first tournament in the 2025 UTS Tour.
Other players who have already confirmed their participation earlier include former Wimbledon runner-up Nick Kyrgios, “King Kyrgios”; Norway’s former world No 2 Casper Ruud, “The Ice Man”, and Canada’s former top 10 player Denis Shapovalov, “Shapo” and Italy’s Flavio Cobolli, “Il Gladiatore”.
The winner of the UTS in Guadalajara will take home $420,000 out of a total prize money purse of $1.4 million.
