Roland-Garros: Musetti moves into last 16 as last Brit Norrie falls, could face Alcaraz next

Italian Lorenzo Musetti, the No 17 seed, moved into the last 16 of Roland-Garros by beating No 14 seed Cameron Norrie 6-1, 6-2, 6-4 in Paris on Friday.

Musetti, ranked No 18, will play the winner of the match between Spaniard Carlos Alcaraz, the top seed, and Canadian Denis Shapovalov, the No 26 seed, next.

The 21-year-old Italian won against Swede Mikael Ymer (7-5, 6-2, 6-4) and Russian Alexander Shevchenko (6-1, 6-1, 6-2) earlier in the tournament.
