Roland-Garros: Hanfmann continues impressive clay-court form in win over Monteiro
Yannick Hanfmann defeated Thiago Monteiro 6-3, 7-5, 6-7 (6), 6-7 (2), 6-4 on Tuesday evening and will play Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 23 seed, in the next round

German lucky loser Yannick Hanfmann reached the second round of Roland-Garros by winning against Brazilian Thiago Monteiro 6-3, 7-5, 6-7 (6), 6-7 (2), 6-4.
Hanfmann, ranked No 65, will face Argentinian Francisco Cerundolo, the No 23 seed, next.
