Roland-Garros: Badosa blitzes Ferro to reach second round
The former world No 2 was in ominous form, and will next face either Russian qualifier Oksana Selekhmeteva and Slovenian Kaja Juvan

Spaniard Paula Badosa, the No 3 seed, advanced to the second round of Roland-Garros by beating French wildcard Fiona Ferro 6-2, 6-0 in less than an hour on Tuesday.
Badosa, currently ranked No 4, will play the winner of the next match between Russian qualifier Oksana Selekhmeteva and Slovenian Kaja Juvan next.
