Medvedev beats Wawrinka to reach Diriyah Tennis Cup final
Medvedev will meet either Cameron Norrie or Taylor Fritz in the final on Saturday

Russia’s Daniil Medvedev advanced to the Diriyah Tennis Cup with a straight sets win over Swiss veteran Stan Wawrinka.
Medvedev defeated the three-time Grand Slam champion Wawrinka 6-4, 6-4. The world No 7 had beaten Germany’s Alexander Zverev in straight sets on Thursday in the quarter-final round.
The Russian will meet either American Taylor Fritz or Britain’s Cameron Norrie in the final on Saturday. Fritz and Norrie will clash in the second semi-final later on Friday evening.
