Taylor Fritz and Frances Tiafoe will lead a strong-looking USA squad for next week’s Davis Cup Finals.
The pair will be joined by Tommy Paul and Jack Sock as they take on Italy in the quarter-finals in Malaga on Thursday, looking to win the competition for the first time since 2007.
Fritz, who is through to the semi-finals of the ATP Finals in Turin and Tiafoe, who reached the semi-finals at the US Open in September, are likely to be the first choices to play the singles rubbers.
