The IMG Future Stars Tournament is an annual tournament that features the world’s best players aged 12 for boys and girls. It also offers a holistic educational and cultural experience to help the players, parents and coaches prepare for the professional tour. It’s organized in Athens, Greece.

The 2024 tournament kicks off with an exhibition match on April 22 and will go on till April 28.

The entry to the tournament is by ‘invite only’ with organizers extending invites to the best boys and girls 12 and under from across the world.

The winners get an invite to play in the prestigious Eddie Herr International Junior Championship which takes place at the IMG Academy, in Bradenton – Florida.

Who were the previous winners of the IMG Future Stars?
The inaugural IMG Future Stars Tournament took place from April 25th to May 1st 2022. The winner of the Girls’ category was Joyce Geng (runner-up was Ksenia Ruchkina) while Jordan Lee (runner-up was Alexander Kunitsyn) was the winner of the Boys’ category.
In 2023, Yeri Hong from Korea and Evan Giurescu from France were the champions with Jiayi Lu, from China, and Rafael Pagonis, from Greece, were the runners-up.
Who is the Tournament Director of the IMG Future Stars?
The tournament director is the Marcos Baghdatis, the Cypriot who is a former top 10 player and Grand Slam runner-up. The referee of the tournament is the Portuguese gold flag referee, Carlos Ramos.
