Roland Garros to host 2024 Paris Olympics tennis from July 24 to August 4
Alexander Zverev and Belinda Bencic will defend their Olympic gold medals at Roland-Garros during the 2024 Paris Olympics
The organizers of the Paris Olympics have confirmed the dates of the tennis event, which will take place at Roland-Garros in 2024.
The site of the French Open will host the Paris Olympics tennis event from July 24, 2004 to August 4, 2004 which means that players will go from competing on clay in Europe, to the grass swing before getting back on clay for the Olympics and finally switching to hardcourts for the US Open.
The tournament will includes men’s and women’s singles, men’s and women’s doubles and mixed doubles.
Germany’s Alexander Zverev won the men’s singles gold in Tokyo last year (the 2020 Olympic games were pushed back by a year due to the global pandemic) while Switzerland Belinda Bencic won the women’s singles gold.
