Hungarian Fabian Marozsan beat American Frances Tiafoe, the No 17 seed, 6-7 (3), 6-4, 3-6, 6-4, 6-1 to reach the third round of the Australian Open at Melbourne Park.
Marozsan, ranked No 59, will play the winner of the match between Brazilian qualifier Joao Fonseca and Italian Lorenzo Sonego next.
The Hungarian won against Brazilian Thiago Seyboth Wild (6-3, 6-7 (5), 7-5, 5-7, 7-5) in the previous round of the first Grand Slam tournament in 2025.
