Australian Open: Mannarino last to qualify for the second round, defeating Isner
Adrian Mannarino defeated John Isner 6-7 (5), 7-6 (8), 6-2, 6-2 on Wednesday night and will face Australian Alex De Minaur, the No 22 seed, in the next round

Frenchman Adrian Mannarino moved into the second round of the Australian Open by winning against American John Isner 6-7 (5), 7-6 (8), 6-2, 6-2 at Melbourne Park on Wednesday.
Mannarino, ranked No 45, will play Australian Alex De Minaur, the No 22 seed, next.
