Australian Open: Dimitrov overcomes Kokkinakis to reach third round
Grigor Dimitrov edged out Thanasi Kokkinakis 6-3, 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 on Thursday night and will play Portuguese Nuno Borges in the next round

Bulgarian Grigor Dimitrov, the No 13 seed, edged out Australian Thanasi Kokkinakis 6-3, 6-2, 4-6, 6-4 to advance to the third round of the Australian Open at Melbourne Park.
Dimitrov, ranked No 13, will face Portuguese Nuno Borges next.
Ahead of his victory, the Bulgarian beat Hungarian Marton Fucsovics (4-6, 6-3, 7-6 (1), 6-2).
Kokkinakis, ranked No 80, won against Austrian Sebastian Ofner (7-6 (1), 2-6, 6-7 (4), 6-1, 7-6 (8)) in the previous round.
