Zhuhai Open: Struff get his first win since June
Jan-Lennard Struff edged out Cristian Garin 6-3, 1-6, 6-4 on Friday night and will play Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka, the No 8 seed, in the next round

German Jan-Lennard Struff, the No 3 seed, moved into the last 8 of the Zhuhai Open by edging out Chilean Cristian Garin 6-3, 1-6, 6-4 at the Zhuhai Hengqin International Tennis Centre on Friday night.
Struff, ranked No 23, will play Japanese Yoshihito Nishioka, the No 8 seed, next.
In the previous round of the Zhuhai tournament, Garin, ranked No 102, won against Chinese wildcard Yi Zhou (4-6, 6-4, 6-2).
