Zhuhai Open: Korda overcomes Etcheverry to reach the semi-finals

American Sebastian Korda, the No 4 seed, reached the semi-finals of the Zhuhai Open by winning against Argentinian Tomas Martin Etcheverry, the No 5 seed, 6-1, 6-2 at the Zhuhai Hengqin International Tennis Centre on Sunday night.
Korda, ranked No 33, will play Russian Karen Khachanov, the top seed, next.
The American beat Frenchman Alexandre Muller (6-1, 2-6, 6-3) ahead of his victory. Earlier in the tournament, Etcheverry, ranked No 35, won against Australian qualifier Luke Saville (6-4, 6-4) and Dalibor Svrcina (6-2, 6-3).
