Australian Rinky Hijikata reached the second round of the Hangzhou Open by beating Bosnian Damir Dzumhur 2-6, 7-6 (6), 6-2 at the Hengqin International Tennis Center on Thursday.
Hijikata, ranked No 81, will face Hungarian Fabian Marozsan, the No 7 seed, next.
