Zhuhai Open: Coppejans reaches second round

Belgian Kimmer Coppejans won against American Aleksandar Kovacevic 7-6 (4), 6-1 to advance to the second round of the Zhuhai Open at the Zhuhai Hengqin International Tennis Centre on Thursday night.
Coppejans, ranked No 186, will play the winner of the match between Chinese Juncheng Shang and American Mackenzie McDonald, the No 6 seed, next.
